Lead times are quoted in calendar days, unless stated otherwise. Lead times commence after design confirmation and design for manufacturing acceptance. For new customers, payment may be required before beginning of actual production. Visit our Terms and Conditions page for more details.
In most of the cases, our production lead time is as little as two weeks once complete 2D and 3D CAD models are provided. Complex parts with special features or parts requiring special materials may take longer and the customers are advised in time for the actual lead time at the start of the project. We use Fedex air freight service which take few days to most of the destinations including North America, Europe, the UK and Australia.
